LDM EXECUTIVE SERVICES, LLC is Your Own Executive Assistant… By the Hour!

A FREE consultation is offered to every client, and services are customized to specific needs.  LDM Executive Services are billed by the hour or month. Once we determine your needs, I will provide you with a proposal for your approval, via signature, outlining services and hours needed for completion.  Work will not begin without your approval of the proposal.  Any additional fees or extended work hours will be presented for your approval prior to being implemented.

Rates

Hourly Rate: $25.00 per hour

Rush Rate: $30.00 per hour

Same Day Rate: $40.00 per hour

Due to the variety of services and customization to your needs, a mutually agreed upon rate can be negotiated, for services contracted on an hourly basis only, during our initial free consultation.

Monthly Package Rates: 

  • $250.00  ~ 10 hours
  • $375.00 ~ 15 hours
  • $500.00 ~ 20 hours
  • $712.50 ~ 30 hours (5% discount)
  • $900.00 ~ 40 hours (10% discount)

For monthly contracted work a 50% retainer fee will be required to begin services.

Project Rates: A quote can be prepared based on the specific project.

Holiday Help packages are available from October – January.

Additional: postage, printing, special outside services, and/or special materials needed for projects.  (i.e.: rentals, purchases, software, specialty papers, zip drives, CD/DVD’s, etc.)

For hourly services:  Invoices will be submitted with completed work.  Payment is due upon receipt.  

For monthly package rates: A retainer fee of 50% is due in order for work to begin.  The balance due will be invoiced on the last day of each month and payment is due upon receipt.

Should you like to keep an ongoing monthly package, the upcoming month’s retainer will be invoiced with the balance due from the previous month with the payment terms in effect.

Grace Period & Late Fee:  There will be a grace period of ten (10) business days, before a $25.00 late fee is incurred. The late fee will be added to invoices rendered past due on the eleventh (11th) day after original receipt of invoice. If payment is twenty (20) total days past due, LDM will cease all services.

Payable To: LDM Executive Services, LLC. (Any checks returned due to insufficient funds will incur a $25.00 handling fee.)
